4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1.5 cups yellow onion, diced
0.5 cup poblano chili, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp kosher salt (optional)
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 - 15 oz cans great northern beans
5 cups chicken broth
2 - 4 oz cans fire roasted green chilis
Juice of 1 lime
