New Virtual Fitness Classes!

Join IHCRC for our BRAND NEW virtual fitness classes from the comfort of your home! We are offering classes for all ages and skill levels. To register for a class visit www.ihcrc.org/fitness.

Circuit 30: Get fit with this 8 week virtual class. Mondays and Wednesdays beginning March 29, 2021 at 10:00am.

Lunch Crunch: Build some abs with this eight week virtual class. Mondays and Wednesdays beginning March 29, 2021 at 11:30am.

Chair Exercises: We lovingly refer to this as our Seated sweaters. Everyone wins with this eight week virtual class. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting March 30 at 9:00am.

Dance, Dance, Dance: Dancing is a great way to get moving!  If you hate exercise but want to move, this class is for you. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting March 30 at 10:00am.

Walk N Weights: A little weight training and a little walking is good for the soul (and the body). Tuesdays and Thursdays starting March 30 at 1:00pm.
