Thanks to the generous support of our community, our annual "Dance of the Two Moons" event was once again a tremendous success, with more than $200,000 raised and nearly 500 in attendance!
We couldn't have put on such a fun and festive event without our sponsors, including Cherokee Nation, the Chickasaw Nation, Williams, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Choctaw Nation, Griffin Media, and so many others. Thank you so much for your support!
Among many memorable moments were IHCRC CEO Carmelita Skeeter honored as the first recipient of the Firekeeper Award; inspirational words from Honorary Chair and Cherokee Nation Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr.; showcasing the artistry of Featured Designer Dr. Jessica Moore Harjo and Featured Artist Andrea Day; and the enthusiastic entertainment from The Fabulous Mid Life Crisis Band and event emcees Jonathan Cooper and Tatum Guinn of News on 6.
We are already looking forward to 2026's Dance of the Two Moons (coinciding with IHCRC's 50th anniversary) but for now, please check out "A Night on the Red Carpet" event photos HERE!
