Tai Chi:

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM every Thursday

IHCRC Fitness Educator Jennie H. has two classes to put some spring in your step! 

Each Thursday, learn to go with the flow through gentle movements and slow, controlled motions in Tai Chi!

A beginner-friendly class where all fitness levels are welcome, Tai Chi will help improve your balance, flexibility, and relaxation with deep breathing and mindfulness!

Virtual Circuit Workouts:

6:30 AM - 7:00 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays
For those needing more of a challenge, the perfect way to start your Tuesdays and Thursdays are Virtual Circuit Workouts.

This intermediate-level class is a virtual full body wake-up designed to build strength, endurance and agility, without leaving your home! It is a moderate-to-high intensity class that features a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and cardio bursts.

Virtual session links will be sent out the morning of the workout.

Chair Strength Training:

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM every Tuesday

Chair Yoga:

12 PM - 1 PM every Wednesday, except the first of the month

In addition, IHCRC Fitness Educator and Yoga Instructor Jordin G. continues her weekly Chair Yoga and Chair Strength Training classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Both are perfect for those who want to stay active while accommodating any mobility issues.
