Digital Entries Accepted: Youth Art Contest Prizes Include Gift Cards up to $100!

Calling all artists, ages 6-24: Our 2025 Resilience Through Tradition Youth Art Contest deadline is now July 31, and we are also accepting digital entries!

This year's theme is, "How do you define tradition?" Show us how traditions are carried out as an individual, household, community or nation.

Entry and Rules:

To enter, pick up a canvas from IHCRC's  front lobby, or submit a digital entry at www.ihcrc.org/contest.

  • All artwork must be completed on the IHCRC-provided canvas, or through the Digital Submission form at www.ihcrc.org/contest (photography not accepted).
  • Paintings, sketches, and mixed media artwork are all acceptable.
  • Artwork should consist of the contestant's own work and should not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties.
  • Artwork created using AI will not be accepted.
  • Complete artwork in any medium, including watercolors, pastels, charcoals, pencils, acrylic, crayons, paper cuttings, or oil paints.

Prizes:

There will be gift card prizes up to $100 and ribbons for the top three in each age category (6-11, 12-17, and 18-24), Plus, one finalist’s artwork will be printed on t-shirts for IHCRC’s Cultural Day!
