Stay active and feel your best with weekly fitness classes at our Wellness Center. From Tai Chi and seated stretching, to circuit training and elder fitness, there are options for everyone. Take a look at our weekly schedule below!

On a tight schedule? Join us for our new Lunch Crunch class where you'll get a 20-30 minute total body workout with moderate intensity!

 

Mondays & Wednesdays

  • Tai Chi (10 AM)
  • Lunch Crunch (12 PM)

Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Elder Fitness (10 AM)
  • Seated Stretching (11 AM)

Fridays

  • Line Dancing (10 AM)

 

Need more flexibility? Our gym is open every day of the week and offers cardio equipment, heavy weights, and a classroom space with access to virtual guided workouts. Visit when your schedule allows. See gym hours below.

 

Monday: 7 AM - 4 PM

Tuesday: 7 AM - 6 PM

Wednesday: 7 AM - 4 PM

Thursday: 7 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 7 AM - 12 PM
